President Aliyev extends condolences to Russian president

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on November 18 sent a letter of condolences to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin over heavy human loss as a result of a crash of Boeing 737 in Kazan airport.
"Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
I have been deeply saddened by the news of the loss of life in a
plane crash in the Kazan airport.
On behalf of the Azerbaijani people and on my own behalf, I express
my sincere condolences to you, the families and relatives of the
dead, and to the entire Russian people," the letter reads.
President Aliyev also sent a letter of condolences to President of
the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov.
"Dear Rustam Nurgaliyevich,
I have been deeply saddened by the news of the loss of life in the aftermath of a plane crash in the Kazan airport.
I have also been very sorry to learn that your son Irek was among those who were tragically killed in the accident. On behalf of the Azerbaijani people and on my own behalf, I express my deepest condolences to you, the families and relatives of the dead," President said.
