French industrial production experiences decline in august

French industrial production declined by 0.7% in August compared to July, falling short of market expectations, according to a report released on Friday by the country’s statistical office, INSEE. Manufacturing output mirrored this trend, also dropping by 0.7% month-on-month, Azernews reports, citing foreign media.
