Taiwan has officially added Chinese tech giants Huawei Technologies and Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC) to its trade blacklist, a move that deepens the island’s alignment with U.S.-led efforts to curb China’s semiconductor ambitions, Azernews reports.
