Azerbaijan joins Global Youth Summit
Chairperson of the Azerbaijani Youth European Integration Organization Gulsel Safarova will attend the Global Youth Summit: BYND 2015 to take place in San Jose, Costa Rica, on Sept. 8-12,AzerTag state news agency reported.
Around 500 talented young people aged 18-25 from around the world will come together for the event to debate crucial issues facing the first truly "digital generation".
The event will be held at the San José Hotel Crowne Plaza, with special interactive outdoor sessions at venues close to the city.
Safarova is expected to make a report at "The Youth, Information Technologies and Innovations" session.
ITU`s Global Youth Summit: BYND 2015 will feature an action-packed three-day programme built around four key streams - youth employment, e-health, cybersecurity, and the environment. The Global Youth Summit: BYND 2015 will assemble young people from all corners of the globe with a view to highlighting their priorities and capturing their combined voice in crucial national and international policy and decision making processes.
BYND 2015 is a platform for young people to ensure their inclusion in the most important decisions of the 21st Century.
