Imports of fish caviar substitutes rise in 2025 amid broader multi-year trends

In the first ten months of 2025, Azerbaijan imported 62 tons of fish caviar substitutes worth $845 thousand, twice the value and 29 percent more in quantity compared with the same period in 2024, according to calculations by Azernews based on data from the State Statistics Committee.
