Azerbaijan, Bolivia sign agreement on political consultations
The foreign ministries of Azerbaijan and the Multinational State of Bolivia have signed an agreement on political consultations.
The document was signed as Azerbaijan's ambassador to Bolivia Mammad Ahmadzade met with Bolivian FM David Choquehuanca in La Paz.
During the meeting, the sides discussed cooperation in political, trade and economic and humanitarian spheres, the development of legal framework, as well as organization of reciprocal visits.
Ahmadzade also met President of the Bolivian Senate Eugenio Rojas, President of the International Policy Committee of the Senate Gabriela Montano, presidents of the Chamber of Deputies Javier Eduardo and Zavaleta Lopez, President of the International Policy Committee of the Chamber of Deputies Betty Tejada, deputy foreign ministers Juan Carlos Alluralde Tejada and Walter Clarems Endara Vera and Deputy Minister of Energy Development Franklin Molina.
Azerbaijan and Bolivia established diplomatic relations in 1996.
