UN awards Azerbaijani scientist

Azerbaijani political scientist has won the United Nations Organizations (UNO) award.
Professor Elman Nasirov, Ph.D. in Political Science, head of the Political Studies Institute at the Academy of Public Administration under the Azerbaijani President, and Senior Advisor of the Young Azerbaijan Diplomats Association, was honored with the "Service and Honor" award for achievements in science and education.
The UNO's International Award Union decided to award Nasirov for successful research in the field of global scientific and political problems, presenting scientific discourses and summaries at over 30 international conferences in Germany, Romania, Belgium, Macedonia, China, Israel, Iran, Turkey, and Ukraine.
The decision was made on January 16.
