Renault Sport Racing reps amazed by Baku F1 track

Baku City track of the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Europe is very rare track, we have not yet seen such tracks, Racing Director of Renault Sport Racing Frederic Vasseur said.
He made this statement at a reception organized by the French Embassy in Azerbaijan.
"I would like to note the very high speed for an urban track as well as interesting turns. Our team, as you know, was re-created, and we are going to realize our ambitions in the coming years", he added.
Azerbaijan is hosting the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Europe for the first time. The event started on June 17 and will end on June 19. Overall, 11 teams, two drivers in each, will compete in the race.
Meanwhile, Jean-Paul Driot, representative of Renault Sport said that Baku has perfectly prepared for the Grand Prix of Europe and managed to create a track, that can compete with Barcelona or any other tracks", Driot said.
