Nargis Aliyarova to perform in New York

Azerbaijan’s honored artist Nargis Aliyarova will give a concert in "DiMenna Center", New York.
Together with cellist Thomas Mesa, she will perform music pieces belonging to such famous composers as Mozart, Haydn, Liszt, Chopin, Debussy, Rachmaninoff and others, Azertac reported.
The concert organized as part of the “Sphinx Global Scholars”.
The Sphinx Global Scholars program takes our vision of diversity in the arts around the world. Although underserved groups look different worldwide, Sphinx brings 20 years of experience in engaging those typically excluded from classical music and works to share these best practices with our international partners.
Through this program, Sphinx artists travel across the globe to serve as cultural ambassadors who engage in teaching, learning and performing abroad.
