Uzbekistan, Poland to discuss cooperation development

Entrepreneurs of Uzbekistan and Poland intend to discuss the issues of bilateral economic cooperation within the framework of the visit of Polish businessmen delegation to Tashkent, scheduled for April 13-14.

The visit will take place under the organization of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and Silesia (Poland), Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Uzbekistan told Trend.

The purpose of the visit is to organize a joint Uzbek-Polish business forum and bilateral talks between businessmen of the two countries.

The delegation will include representatives of Polish companies engaged in production of railway vehicles, buses and trolleybuses, conducting scientific research in the fields of biomedicine and nanotechnology, production of equipment for cooling and storage of fruits, utilities, production of drive systems and conveyors, aluminum profile, household chemicals, dairy products, providing services to the mining industry.

At present, the trade turnover between Uzbekistan and Poland is about $ 200 million.
