President awards Azerbaijani professor of Turkish university
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on awarding Aygun Attar with the Order of Dostlug.
According to the decree, Attar was awarded for special merits in the development of friendship and cooperation ties between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
