Spain names wrestlers to vie for Baku 2015 medals

Spain will be represented by 11 wrestlers at the Baku-2015 first European Games.
In the Greco-Roman event competing will be Ismael Navarro (66 kg), Ricardo Gil (75 kg) and Pedro Garcia (85 kg), while Levan Metreveli (57 kg), Yunier Castillo (65 kg), Alberto Martinez (74 kg), Taymuraz Friev (86 kg) and Jose Cuba (125 kg) for the medals in the freestyle event.
Eugenia Busdabad (48 kg), Karima Sanchez (53 kg) and Maider Unda (75 kg) will clash in the women`s event at the first European Games, AzerTac state news agency reported.
Baku 2015 is the first-ever European Games, an exciting and innovative multi-sport event for the continent which will take place on June 12-28, 2015.
There will be a total of 20 sports at Baku 2015: 16 Olympic sports and four non-Olympic sports. More than 6,000 athletes from across Europe will be representing their nations over 17 days of competition.
Baku was awarded the games by the European Olympic Committees (EOC) in December 2012.
