SOCAR sums up 2012 environmental monitoring
Azerbaijani state oil company SOCAR's Ecology Department conducted 265 monitoring operations in 2012, a SOCAR report released on Friday said, Trend news agency reported.
Monitoring was conducted by the environmental monitoring department.
According to the report, around 5,608 samples were taken and 44,375 common analyses were conducted in 2012.
Two seasonal monitoring operations were conducted at 10 offshore fields, the report said.
