VTB Bank Azerbaijan to hold extraordinary general meeting of shareholders

An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the VTB Bank (Azerbaijan) will be held Feb. 7, 2018, the bank’s press service told Trend Dec. 22.
The meeting will be held at 11:00 (GMT +4) at the bank’s head office located at 38 Khatai Avenue.
The meeting will discuss election of secretary of the extraordinary general meeting of the bank’s shareholders and the composition of the bank’s Supervisory Board.
