Azfar Group and WMF eye cooperation [PHOTO]

Azfar Group LLC, which makes a big contribution to the development of mini-football in Azerbaijan since 2009, currently provides 29 stadiums in Baku and Sumgayit for football fans. Guided by the main principle of promoting a healthy lifestyle and development of the sports sector, Azfar Group strives to create the best professional conditions for amateur footballers.
Active work is being conducted to expand the network of stadiums, conduct mini-football competitions among amateur footballers, create leagues, and implement social projects in the field of school football development.
In continuation of this successful activity for the presentation of the mini-football of Azerbaijan in the international arena, Azfar Group started cooperation with theWorld Minifootball Federation ( WMF ).
Thus, the WMF-President Philip Juda visited Baku in September. Philip Juda got acquainted with the development of this sport in Azerbaijan and the activities of the Azfar Group.
Within the framework of the visit, the sides exchanged views on the development of mini-football in Azerbaijan and the country's membership inWMF.
Philip Juda took part in the presentation of the Azfar Business League. Expressing his satisfaction with the development of mini-football in the country, the President of the World Mini Football Federation invited Azfar Group to attend the WMF World Cup in Tunis, and get acquainted with representatives of other organizations representing their countries.
Representatives of Azfar Group visited the city of Nabeul, Tunisia, where the WMF World Cup took place on October 6-15.
Within the framework of the visit, several meetings were held with WMF members - representatives of England, the United States, Russia, Spain, Portugal, Argentina, France, Switzerland, Romania. The sides exchanged their views on the development of mini-football.
Representatives of Azfar Group were invited to WMF general meeting, where they presented their vision for the development of mini-football and proved that Azerbaijan's mini-football has all the necessary conditions for the international arena.
In this sphere, the main goal of Azfar Group is to ensure the involvement of international experience in the development of mini-football in Azerbaijan, to promote the development of friendly and professional relations between local and foreign players, and to provide services to amateur footballers in accordance with international standards.
By the way, first steps have been taken towards the adoption of Azerbaijan as WMF member: Azerbaijan MiniFootball Association will be establish upon the initiative of Azfar Group.
