Intel finalizes major share deal with Nvidia

Intel Corporation has sold 214,776,632 of its shares to Nvidia Corporation for a total of $5 billion, at a price of $23.28 per share, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) published on Monday, Azernews reports.
