Uzbekistan, Russia hold political talks
The relevant issues of the Uzbek-Russian relations were included in the agenda of the foreign ministerial consultations held in Tashkent on May 27.
The sides also exchanged views on some international issues, the Uzbek foreign ministry reported on May 28"
The consultations were held in accordance with the cooperation program-2014 between the foreign ministries of the two countries.
A delegation headed by the director of the third department of the CIS member-states Alexander Sternik represented the Russian foreign ministry at the consultations.
Russian ambassador to Uzbekistan Vladimir Turdenev also attended the meeting.
