The Azerbaijani citizen has hit a mine in the Fuzuli district liberated from Armenian occupation, Trend reports.
Vugar Zulfugarli, born in 1996, has hit a mine in the Fuzuli district and has been severely injured.
The press service of the Prosecutor General's Office confirmed this fact to Trend.
The Fuzuli District Prosecutor's Office is investigating the issue.
