Art Festival 2014 covers Azerbaijan

"Azerbaijan Art Festival - 2014" is marching the country.
The festival is organized by the Baku Creative Center and supported by the Culture and Tourism Ministry and "Nar Mobile". It will run until July 30.
The festival is mainly aimed at increasing public interest in art, taking advantage of the existing potential and supporting creative artists
It envisions holding mobile exhibitions and master classes in the cities including the capital Baku as well as regions of the country.
The festival came to the southern Lankaran region on July 9. Speaking at an exhibition that was opened at the Lankaran State Art Gallery curator Farah Alekperli said the aim of the festival was to increase public interest in art and recognizing and supporting talented artists.
The exhibition presented works of Lala Aghayeva, Asima Samedli, Fakhri Abbasov, Samra Akhundova, Fargana Aliyeva, Vusala Agaraziyeva, Farida Garayeva, Lala Huseynova, Rasim Mahmudov, Elnur Hasanov, Parviz Asadov, Gunel Ravilova, Anar Gambarli, Mehriban Shamsadinskaya and others.
The festival is already underway in Astara, Lerik and Yardimli and will head for Barda, Goranboy, Ganja, Shamkir, Gazakh and Agstafa regions in near future.
The final exhibition of the festival will be held at the Baku Creative Center.
Participants of the master classes are able to witness some creative processes and put on display their works created in the workshops.
The project is launched with the participation of Novruz Mammadov, Faraj Rakhmanov, Erkin Alekperli, Lamiya Mekhtiyeva and Gulnara Kuzukova.
This year's festival is the second such festival in the regions of the country. Azerbaijan Art Festival 2013 held exhibitions and workshops in Salyan, Saatli, Shirvan, Kurdamir, Mingachevir, Shaki, Gakh, Ismayilli, Khachmaz, Sumgayit regions and attracted a lot of young people.
The Baku Creative Center is aimed at promoting Azerbaijani culture beyond the country; formulating a PR strategy for implementing advanced initiatives and helping people realizing their creative ideas.
