Syrian national killed in traffic accident in Baku
A traffic accident involving three vehicles took place at the Bakikhanov settlement in the Sabunchu district of Baku.
According to the district police department, a Russian-made VAZ-2101 car, driven by
Matuk Jihad Ahmed, crashed with an Opel car belonging to Hajibay Dinbazov and a Chevrolet car driven by Nizami Garibov.
As a result of the traffic accident the passenger in Matuk Ahmed's car, Syrian citizen Halak Javal died on the spot. Matuk Ahmed and the drivers of two other cars received various injuries and were hospitalised.
