Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has congratulated Azerbaijani gold medalist, paralympic swimmer Vali Israfilov.
At the 2020 Summer Paralympics in Tokyo, Vali Israfilov won gold in the 100 m breaststroke SB12.
