Last year, Azerbaijan experienced 17,000 fraudulent bank card transactions resulting in financial theft totaling 22 million Azerbaijani manats, according to Rauf Jabarov, Executive Director of the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Organizations Association (AKTA).
