Culture festival of Caspian Sea countries due in Iran
Iran plans to hold the culture festival of Caspian Sea countries, said Delavar Bozorgnia, the head of Mazandaran Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Department.
The country invites Azerbaijan to actively participate in this event, Bozorgnia said during the meeting with Azerbaijani reporters.
He reminded that the music festival of the Caspian Sea countries was held on the eve of the Novruz holiday in 2005, adding that Azerbaijani representatives were the most active participants in that event.
“Azerbaijani musicians have repeatedly performed on the province’s TV channels,” Bozorgnia added.
He expressed hope that Azerbaijani artists will actively participate in the upcoming event as well.
Touching upon the relations between the two countries in the sphere of culture, Bozorgnia said that it is one the priorities.
“Hopefully, a concert of artists from Mazandaran will be organized in Azerbaijan in the future.”
