Azerbaijani chess player wins int'l tournament
Azerbaijani chess player Azer Mirzayev has become the winner of the 12th International Khazar Open tournament in Rasht, Iran,AzerTag state news agency reported.
The Swiss system tournament brought together 110 players from 15 countries.
