Discovery, Inc. is preparing to inform investors that it will review a new takeover bid from Paramount Skydance Corp., while continuing to endorse its existing agreement with Netflix, according to a report by Variety citing sources familiar with the matter, AzerNEWS reports, citing foreign media.
