Türkiye’s Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure has launched an Early Market Engagement (EME) process for two major railway projects — the Eastern Türkiye Middle Corridor Railway Development Project (ETMIC) and the Istanbul North Rail Crossing Project (INRAIL), Azernews reports, citing Trend.
