Azerbaijani defense chief leaves for Istanbul to attend IDEF-2013 exhibition
Azerbaijani Defense Minister Safar Abiyev left for Istanbul, where he will take part in the IDEF-2013 defense industry exhibition, the Defense Ministry said on Monday.
Around 130 defense goods produced in Azerbaijan will be demonstrated at the exhibition.
"Gyurza" machine-gun (7,62 x54 mm), "Yalguzag" sniper rifle (7,62 x51 mm), HP-7,62 offensive machine gun (7.62 x 54 mm), "Gyurza" patrol car, "Aerostar" and "Orbiter" drones, as well as other Azerbaijan-made products will be demonstrated at IDEF-2013 for the first time.
