Azerbaijani president congratulates Japanese PM
Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev congratulated Prime Minister of Japan, Shinzo Abe on re-election to his position,Trend news agency reported.
"I cordially congratulate you on your re-election as Prime Minister of Japan.Today bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Japan are steadily developing. I am sure our joint efforts towards strengthening traditional friendly relations, expanding mutually beneficial cooperation will continue to serve the prosperity of our countries and peoples," said the President's letter.
Ilham Aliyev also congratulated Shinzo Abe on the occasion of upcoming New Year.
"Taking the opportunity, I congratulate you on the occasion of the New Year, wish you robust health, happiness, successes in your future activity for the prosperity of the friendly people of Japan," President Aliyev said in his congratulatory letter.
