Relations between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan are reaching new heights, Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Azerbaijan Kairat Osmonaliyev said.

The ambassador underlined that special attention is now being paid to questions of deepening economic cooperation between the two countries.

"We have started activities to create a Kyrgyz Trading House in Azerbaijan. The establishment of the Azerbaijani-Kyrgyz Development Fund is in the pipeline. I really hope that direct flights between the capitals will be opened to give good impetus to the development of tourism," he said.

Further, Osmanaliyev noted that there are agreements that Azerbaijan will share experience in the field of digitalization, transport logistics, and space satellites.

He also stated that quotas for Kyrgyz students will be offered at Azerbaijani universities, such as ADA University, the Azerbaijani State Agricultural University, and others.
