Head of Baku City Main Department of Culture appointed

In accordance with the decision of Azerbaijan’s Culture Minister Abulfas Garayev, Jalil Malikov has been appointed as head of the Baku City Main Department of Culture, the department said in a message Nov. 6.
Malikov was introduced to the staff of the department in the International Mugham Center on Nov. 5.
Prior to this appointment, Malikov served as Azerbaijan’s assistant minister of culture.
