Customs control over energy resources transportation improved in Azerbaijan
The Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers has approved the rules for customs control over goods transported via the customs border through power lines and pipelines, Trend news agency reported.
This was stated in the Cabinet of Ministers' report that was published in the official press on Tuesday. The rules were approved on December 30, 2012.
The rules cover the customs control and the registration of goods carried out by power lines and pipelines, as well as the identification of these goods.
According to the rules relating to customs control of goods transported via pipelines, a permit for mixing these products, changing their size and number will be issued if requirements of legal acts are followed in accordance with the technological parameters for transportation, characteristics and properties of the goods.
