The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is considering a new technical assistance initiative aimed at accelerating the transition to reliable, accessible, and low-carbon energy in the Asia-Pacific region. The initiative is titled "Fostering Growth and New Opportunities in Asia and the Pacific," Azernews reports, citing ADB.
