Eastern European and Asia Real Estate Forum & Project Awards due in Kyiv
The EEA is the only commercial real estate event covering Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan & Ukraine with discussion panels & presentations covering office, retail and logistic investment and development opportunities. The region is connected by corporate end-users doing business in Asia, Russia-CIS, and European regions.
EEA forum
The day opens with the EEA forum with a series of discussion panels covering all hot topics and relevant issues for the region. The forum, provides an opportunity to hear from regional experts, developers, bankers and investors from across the region, and to discuss the current topics with them and other real estate professionals.

The EEA Project Awards gala provide an excellent opportunity to make new contacts and renew existing business relationships in a pleasant and social yet professional environment.
At the project awards gala in the evening, top projects from the EEA region will be recognized in theoffice, retail, warehouse/industrial, hotel &residential sectors. The awards gala is an excellent opportunity to continue networking and enjoying the evening entertainment.

The Jury of the EEA Project Award will select best projects in the retail, hospitality, office and residential segments, as well as best projects of the regions. The methodological partner of the Award is EY. List of the jury members to be extended and announced.
Moreover 10 property projects have already applied for participating. Among the nominees in Ukraine are – Blockbuster mall (retail), “Gorodok” mall (retail), SEC Gulliver (mixed-use), SC Kadorr (retail), Lavina Mall (retail), NEW WAY mall (retail), Ocean Mall (retail), SEC Ocean Plaza (retail), as well as Azerbaijanian project Khazar Islands New City Project (mixed-use).
The EEA Forum and Project Awards is supported so far by National Investment Agency of Georgia, European Business Association of Kazakhstan (EUROBAK), as well as Kyiv Investment Agency.

Information
The EEA Forum Project Awards will take place November 25-26th in Kyiv at the Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv.
The audience of the event will account for 250 local and foreign experts and real estate players. All guests can participate both in Forum and in Gala Dinner. The event will be hosted by Ukrainian Real Estate Club and EuropaProperty.com.
Top projects from the EEA region will be recognized in the office, retail, warehouse/industrial, hotel&residential sectors from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Georgia and Ukraine at the project awards gala in the evening.
Applications may be submitted by Projects commissioned no later than 2012, Projects under construction due to open no later than 2017. Projects on the stage of design will not be accepted!
