President Aliyev attends ceremony to start water supply in Khizi
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in the Khizi region on September 4 , AzerTac state news agency reported.
A ceremony to start water supply from Takhtakorpu-Jeyranbatan canal to new lands that will be irrigated in Khizi was held on September 4.
President Ilham Aliyev attended the ceremony.
