President Aliyev reviews construction of Baku Olympic Stadium

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev reviewed the progress of
construction at the Baku Olympic Stadium on July 24.
The 70,000-seat stadium is being constructed in a modern
architectural style.
The stadium will meet international standards and will have
stands with different functions, running tracks and other
infrastructure.
The facility will consist of the main and auxiliary stadiums, an
auxiliary building, as well as VIP and CIP sections, as well as
sections for the media and disabled spectators.
Later, President Aliyev reviewed the environmental project around
the Boyukshor Lake and adjacent areas.
The president also reviewed the construction of the Hasan Aliyev
Street-Ziya Bunyadov Avenue-Olympic Stadium highway.
President Aliyev was informed of the construction of road junctions and pedestrian crossings on a M4 18km Bilgah-Novkhani-Shamakhi highway.
