President Aliyev orders to speed up socio-economic development of Neftchala
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an Order on extra measures to speed up socio-economic development of the country`s Neftchala District,AzerTag state news agency reported.
Under the presidential order, 2 million manats will be allocated from the 2013 Reserve Fund of the President to the Neftchala District Executive Authorities.
