Moment of silence to be held in Baku on September 27

A moment of silence will be announced in Baku on September 27 in connection with the first anniversary of the beginning of the Second Karabakh War, Trend reports, referring to the statement of the head of the department of the State Department of the Baku Traffic Police, Colonel Vagif Asadov.
In connection with the Day of Remembrance, traffic will be suspended on the roads of Baku at 12:00 (GMT +4), he noted.
