Azerbaijani theatre to perform in Moscow
The Azerbaijan State Russian Drama Theatre will leave for the Moscow tours on Sept.25, AzerTag state news agency reported.
The theatre staff will perform on the stage of the famous comedy of the founder of the Azerbaijani National Drama, well-known public figure and enlightener Mirza Fatali Akhundzade, entitled "Monsieur Jordan and Dervish Mesteli Shah" under the leadership of People's Artist of Azerbaijan Alexander Sharovski and Nizami's "Seven Beauties" by Jonas Vaitkus.
The spectacles will be held at the Russian State Academic Theatre.
Following the Moscow trip, the staff will leave for Vilnius, Lithuania.
The theatre tours will be supported by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
