Austrian accordionists thrill Baku audience

An extraordinary concert was organized as part of the Baku International Jazz Festival running in the Azerbaijani capital.
Austrian accordionists Atanas Dinovski and Paul Schuberth , who masterly synthesized jazz and North folk music, performed in Baku on October 25.
Atanas Dinovski is a frequent award winner in national accordion and aural theory competitions. He successfully completed both his artistic and pedagogic studies with distinction under Professor Alfred Melichar at the Anton Bruckner Private University in Linz (Upper Austria). The musician released a CD with the Austrian record label "Extraplatte".
Paul Schuberth regularly performs either solo or in various ensembles. He is the winner of various international competitions.
The duet, popular in both Austria and abroad, takes part in many music festivals, competitions and give concerts in many countries.
Baku International Jazz Festival will run until October 30.
Fascinating series of concerts will be held at the Heydar Aliyev Palace, Azerbaijan State Philharmonic Society named after M. Magomayev , the International Mugham Center, Baku Organ and Chamber Music Hall of the Muslim Magomayev Azerbaijan State Philharmonic Society and local music clubs.
