Ecologists predict cloudy weather

The weather will be changeable cloudy and mainly rainless in Baku and Absheron peninsula on October 31.
Weak mist is predicted in some places in the morning.
North-western wind will be replaced by north-east wind in daytime.
The temperature will be +14-17˚C at night, +18-22˚C in daytime in Absheron peninsula, +15-17˚C at night, +19-21˚C in the afternoon in Baku, the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry reported.
Atmospheric pressure will rise to 758 mm Hg from 749. Relative humidity will be 60-70% at night, 45-55% in daytime.
The weather will be mainly rainless in country's regions. Mist and drizzle are predicted in the morning. West wind will occasionally intensify.
The temperature will be +10-15˚C at night, +18-23˚C in daytime, +4-9˚C in mountains at night, +11-16˚C in daytime.
