YARAT Contemporary Art Space invite you to build your dreams with the guest speaker Jemma Iskander on February 7.
Jamila Iskander Boisson, the founder of an eponymous cloth brand, the owner of JA-PR&CONSULTANCY and JA-Lifestyle online magazine, will talk about indirect marketing, self-actualization.
Jamila Boisson studied art and, therefore, her artistic side plays an important role in every project she makes.
Her creativity is further express through her collaboration with an artist Rashad Mehdiyev.
She is also known for her craft works and her gastronomy project JA-Art-Cakes where she creates exquisite flower-shaped decorations for cakes using eco-friendly and natural products.
The event starts at 19:00. Admission is free.
YARAT is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to nurturing an understanding of contemporary art in Azerbaijan and to creating a platform for Azerbaijani art, both nationally and internationally. Based in Baku, YARAT (meaning CREATE in Azerbaijani) was founded by Aida Mahmudova in 2011.
The organization realizes its mission through an on-going program of exhibitions, education events and festivals. YARAT facilitates exchange between local and international artistic networks including foundations, galleries and museums.
