YARAT to host lecture-seminar

YARAT Contemporary Art Space will host new lecture-seminar on May 31.
The lecture entitled |"Human Design"is organized as part of YARAT Freestyle project, an open platform for everyone who looks to engage creatively with a broad and diverse audience.
YARAT FREESTYLE aims to set up a scene for creative groups and individuals. The project is open to actors, dancers, performance artists, musicians and other art figures.
Human Design is a knowledge that appeared in the late 80s of the last century and for more than 25 years has proved to be a powerful practical tool for self-knowledge. The main practice of a person who "lives his own design" is himself.
The Human Design is all about body. It is about the way we fell ourselves in a unique outward and what has the strongest impact on it. Human Design is an instruction. It's never too late to read it.
Living your design makes this all real.
Knowledge of Human Design will provide us the following opportunities:
* To find our natural way of making decisions
* To understand who we are and who we are not
* To accept that we have no choice but to be ourselves
* To understand the nature of our emotionality
* To realize our irreplaceable place in this world
* To agree with ourselves and with others, accepting without comparisons and proofs
Seminar program:
1. We will learn what the Design of Human is, where it came from and why it is about you;
2. We will investigate the basis - energy centers - at the level of sensations;
3. We will distinguish false strategies from congenital;
4. We will learn all the important about Generators, Projectors, Manifesto, Reflectors;
5. We will understand how we can efficiently get in touch with each other;
6. We will see how your type determines the decision-making process;
7. We will feel our "design" in interactive - something that can only be done live.
The seminar will be hosted by Elnara Rasulova. She will share astonishing and unique knowledge given her by Agris Chukurs, the strongest master of the science of Human Design.
The event will start at 19:00. Admission is free.
