Junior Azerbaijani taekwondo fighter claims world silver in Canada
Azerbaijani fighter Gashim Magomedov (55kg) has won a silver medal at the World Junior Taekwondo Championships in Burnaby, Canada after losing to Korean Chan-Ho Jung, zertac reported.
On the way to the final, Magomedov defeated his Ukrainian, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, Iranian and Korean rivals.
The tournament brings together 846 taekwondo fighters from 102 countries.
