Samsung expands chip production in South Korea

Samsung Electronics Co. announced on Sunday that it will construct an additional semiconductor production line at its Pyeongtaek plant in South Korea, as part of its strategy to prepare for rising global demand driven by the artificial intelligence boom, Azernews reports.
