What rank does Turkey hold in weapons export rating?

In 2014-2018, exports of Turkish-made armaments increased by 170 percent, compared to exports of 2009-2013, as stated in the report of the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), Trend reports referring to the Turkish media.
According to SIPRI’s report, Turkey ranks 14th in the rating of arms exporters for the aforementioned period of 2014-2018.
The largest exports of Turkish weapons during this period were made to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), as noted in the report.
"In 2014-2018, the share of exports of Turkish weapons in the UAE was 30 percent, with 23 percent to Turkmenistan, and 10 percent to Saudi Arabia," the report says.
The remaining 37 percent is accounted for by other countries.
In recent years, Turkey has made about $35 billion worth of investments in its defense industry.
