House explosion leaves three dead
An explosion followed by fire jolted a house in Surakhani district of the Azerbaijani capital Baku owned by a family of internally displaced persons (IDPs), killing three people and injuring two others, the Emergencies Ministry's website said.
The accident killed the father of the family, Nushiravan Asgarov, 51, and his two sons -- Natig Asgarov, 27, and Rafig Asgarov, 25.
Sahila Rahimova, 47, and her 21-year-old son, Ramin Asgarov, were rescued out of the rubble.
The incident is being investigated.
