The green energy transition is also a vehicle for regional development, particularly in post-conflict territories such as Garabagh and Eastern Zangazur. The government plans to install 1.6 GW of capacity in these regions, ultimately producing twice the electricity they consume -- an important step toward both economic revitalization and energy independence.
