More than 70% of European investors plan to expand their operations in Azerbaijan, while another 22% intend to maintain their current activity levels, according to the EU’s 2024 Business Environment in Azerbaijan report. This signals a notable rise in investor confidence, especially as Azerbaijan accelerates its efforts to diversify beyond traditional sectors.
