Baku to host int'l water polo tournament
An international water polo tournament marking the 92nd anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev will be held in Baku, on May 6.
Co-organized by the Azerbaijan Swimming Federation and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the tournament brings together teams of Azerbaijan, Hungary, Italy, Russia, Turkey, Greece, Georgia and Kazakhstan.
Eight teams in two groups will compete in a round-robin tournament and for the first place.
The winners will be awarded medals, diplomas and valuable gifts,AzerTac state news agency reported.
