Belgian envoy visits Lerik region
Belgian ambassador to Azerbaijan Carine Petit has visited the country`s Lerik region.
She first visited the Heydar Aliyev Center where she viewed exhibits and photos reflecting national Heydar Aliyev`s life and career,AzerTag state news agency reported.
The envoy then visited Lerik`s unique Museum of Longevity.
Petit also had a meeting at the Lerik Region Executive Authorities. The ambassador and Lerik officials stressed there were good opportunities for development of relations between Azerbaijan and Belgium.
The ambassador hailed socio-economic development processes in Azerbaijan.
